Please include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Returned items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, or within 14 days from your cancellation notice, whichever comes first.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is returned due to a change of mind, the customer covers the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
Cosmetics, skincare, or grooming products that have been unsealed or used;
Personalized or custom-made items;
Gift cards and digital products.

6. Damaged or Defective Products (Warranty)
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Under Georgian consumer law, defects discovered within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of sale unless proven otherwise. In such cases, you may choose:

A full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal (for online purchases)
For online and distance sales, customers have the legal right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
